F.I.T Club

F.I.T. Club is our semi-private training program that gives you the group environment, while experiencing the personal attention. This on-going monthly program has you meet twice a week with a certified personal trainer, where you will train safely and be educated for long term success! Take the questions out of your workouts and focus on your success. Become stronger, train smarter, make healthy eating choices and become more confident in everything that you do.

Group Fitness

Our 1600 square foot group exercise room is fully equipped with the most effective training equipment and is where we offer our weekly high-energy classes to keep you motivated and having fun! Our class programming offers variety and caters to all different fitness levels and training preferences.  Take comfort in knowing you are in good hands with any of our Nationally Accredited Certified Group Exercise Professionals as they safely lead you through each exercise with experience and hospitality.

On-Demand Cycling Bikes

Busy schedules can make it challenging to find an opportunity to workout. We offer on-demand cycling sessions whenever it suits your schedule. Our cycling bikes stream high-energy studio sessions with world class trainers who control your incline and resistance, keeping you focused on your workout!  If you are looking to take the scenic route, our cycling bikes also allow you to experience global terrain where you and your trainer can bike anywhere in the world. Bike anytime, anywhere and never get bored again.

Health + Wellness

We are invested in creating a healthy and thriving community.  Our Health and Wellness coach, Micheala Jensen offers members and guests lectures and workshops on the best ways to enrich your physical health while enhancing a healthy mindset. These workshops are interactive, educational and create long-lasting change.  Learn how to better manage stress, how to make healthier eating choices and how to stop sabotaging yourself with negative thoughts. Our lectures will leave you inspired and give you the right tools to become the best version of you.

Pool Activities

Whether looking to relax by the pool, watch the kids splash and play or simply take your workouts outside, both indoor and outdoor pools are designed with families and fitness in mind. Perfect your stroke, take a water fitness class or learn to swim with our year round swim lessons and ISR (Infant Swim Rescue) program.   Reserve the outdoor pool area and plan your next Summer birthday party or family BBQ.

Barre classes

Engage muscles that you don’t normally target with ballet inspired movement using the barre, followed by core strengthening and stretching exercises to help you perform at your best!

Cardio and Strength

Our unique cardio and strength training spaces give members the perfect atmosphere and choice of equipment for a successful workout.  With two separate cardio studios you can enjoy privacy and a choice of scenery away from the rest of the club’s activities.  Both cardio studios include all of the essential cardiovascular machines such as treadmills, elliptical, recumbent, upright and on-demand bikes, stair climber, rowing machine and more to give you that heart pumping session that you crave.  

Our separate nautilus room (pictured below) is fully equipped to hit every muscle group with an endless variety of machines that are easy to use and our separate large free weight space has an extensive arrangement of free weights, benches, cable machine, squat racks and other traditional equipment with plenty of space to strengthen and build your muscles.
